Do I need to sign an Agreement?

No, we don’t ask for any signed Contracts.

We believe in total flexibility and that customers will continue to use us because the job we do is always done well.

 

Are you fully insured?

Yes, all our Contractors have full Public Liability Insurance to give you peace of mind should there be any accidental mishaps or damage to your property.

 

Will I always have the same cleaning team?

We always try to arrange this as it suits us and our customers, but this is not always possible, so we retain the right to carry out your booking with any of our teams.

This is most beneficial as it ensures that we have more flexibility during any holiday or sickness period, as we then will always have more than one team who gets to know you and your home.

 

Do you provide all cleaning equipment and materials?

Yes, we do – the only exception is if you require any ironing jobs, we will use your iron and ironing board.

 

What areas do you cover?

We concentrate on the three main Towns of Oxford, Henley-on-Thames, and Reading and all local nearby towns and villages in between, including Marlow.

 

Who should I pay and how?

The team will leave you an invoice on completion of each clean.

We ask for payment on the day, so you can either pay the team with Cash or a Cheque. Alternatively, our preferred payment method is by Bank Transfer. If none of the above suit you, you can pay by card via this Website – see the blue 'PAY YOUR INVOICE' on the Contact page.

What happens if I’m not happy?

Here is our promise:

“We are dedicated to providing only the best service and with your full understanding of what our Teams can and cannot do, we know that you will be pleased.

However, if you are unhappy with any area we have cleaned, just call us, preferably within 24 hours, and we will return and re-do the clean free of charge”

Why do you charge more than I pay my cleaner in London?

We love this one! The answer is that our teams have chosen Home Cleaning as a career. They are professional and they have invested in their own business, provide their own transport, Insurance Cover and will travel to remote parts of the countryside.

In London, you will always have access to a large supply of local, low paid workers who can easily travel to your home on foot or by bus.
